Platana Employment and your company sign a Worker Leasing Agreement. The contract clearly specifies job positions, number of workers, duration, and monthly fees. Workers are formally employed by Platana as the official employer but work at your premises under your instructions.
At the end of the month, work is invoiced according to the agreement, and Platana issues an invoice for the completed work. Operations are licensed and supervised by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.
The timeframe depends on whether the worker is already in Croatia with a valid permit or arriving from abroad. The usual duration is 30 to 60 days, depending on the country of origin and the type of job. We recommend starting the process on time.
You provide us with job descriptions, the number of workers, and conditions. We handle the rest.
We search, verify experience, conduct interviews, and suggest proven candidates.
We submit applications for permits and visas and arrange travel and accommodation.
We welcome the workers, handle administrative steps, bring them to the workplace, and provide ongoing support during the engagement.
