Platana Employment is a licensed agency based in Zagreb that connects employers in Croatia with qualified foreign and domestic workers. Our work is supervised by the Ministry of Labour, and we also cooperate with international institutions such as the Philippine agency POEA, which ensures that the entire process is in line with the law.

Yes. In cooperation with the employer, Platana provides accommodation and also organizes the worker’s arrival in Croatia, including flight tickets and transport to the final destination.
The timeframe depends on whether the worker is already in Croatia or coming from abroad. On average, the process takes 30 to 60 days, so employers are advised to submit their needs on time.
The agency and the client sign a Worker Leasing Agreement, which clearly defines job positions, the number of employees, duration, and terms of cooperation. Platana is the formal employer, while the workers perform their duties at the client’s company according to the client’s instructions.
The formal employer is always Platana Employment. Workers are employed by the agency and receive their salary directly from Platana, while the client pays a monthly fee for their work.
